Service Description
Initial consultation to evaluate the client and develop a plan of action to treat the client. Your initial consultation is vital to understanding the patient's chief complaint, restrictions and diagnostics along with their medical history , medications, etc. The initial consultation includes a physical examination to learn more about your condition and the patients health. Dr. Justin Kelly will provide a very thorough and professional visit to understand the patient's strengths and weaknesses, and to address any underlying conditions or problems the patient has developed prior to their visit. Consultations and visits to our Team Chiropractor or reserved for MEMBERS ONLY.
Cancellation Policy
We do not allow refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please be courteous of the time involved preparing, programming and scheduling for your private session or booking. Should the session be cancelled due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen events, a refund will be granted.
