During a lifetime of seeking out the knowledge and finding the best exercises that had the greatest effects on my performance, I developed my own training curriculum using all of the best techniques honed by some of the best athletes and training facilities in the country. I've not only created and mastered nine (9) different programs, but I've made them all available to you right here for next-to-nothing.

Standing 6’3”, 245 lbs, Eric Beisel can’t deny that he was gifted with unbelievable genetics, though he attributes the mass of his success to the training and knowledge he’s gained throughout his career. In high school, Beisel developed a love for the art of training and began to develop his own workouts to help reconstruct himself into a top prospect and Division-I football player.
After recording a 600 lb squat and 405 lb bench press as a junior in high school, Beisel began to draw interest from his teammates and peers for personalized workout plans the following season. By winter, Beisel was planning and developing the before-and-after-school strength and conditioning program for the Summit Falcons. His success in the weight room and on the field helped to generate more than 75 Scholarship Offers from Division-1 Programs, (Two) First-Team All-State Selections, and All-World Honors.
